Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING: All items that are in-stock and travel via UPS. Items will ship within 3-5 business days and arrive within 5-7 business days from the ship date. We will notify you via email in the event of a delay. Items ordered together may be delivered separately.
When your order is processed, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and confirming that your package has been sent.
RETURNS: You can return your eligible items within 30 days of receiving the order for a full refund on the merchandise cost. We do not refund original shipping charges. All items must be sent back in the original packaging. If original packaging is unavailable, the customer is responsible for arranging equivalent packaging. If your item is marked as FINAL SALE or MADE TO ORDER, it is not eligible for return.
DAMAGES: Sometimes damages occur during the shipping process, even though we do our best to deliver your item in perfect condition. All damage claims must be received within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please save all packaging and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the problem and photos of any damage. We will arrange for the item to be returned for a full refund.
